Episode 42

Change of Address | LAYC42

Hello, Eh!... Isn't that what you expected?... Now that I'm in Canada?

Oh yes, good natured Canadians always get a chuckle out of how we are believed to add Eh... To the end of everything. This is Isabel Banerjee, checking in with you from Canada, as promised. Our last episode of the Lift As You Climb podcast... I told you I was packing up the mic, packing up the podcast equipment, putting it in a container... And I was catching a plane to Canada.

I'm here, checking in... To let you know that I'm safely in the loving, supportive arms of my family and my friends. I am putting together a new life. If you've been following the podcast, you know, episodes have been about change. I've been sharing my own journey, about change... And what I've learned about change in my life. How to do change, how to decode change, how to grieve change, how to change my mind.

I've made a collection of those episodes to make it easy for those of you, that are going through change yourself... Or thinking about change, or wondering how to make change easier than it might have been in the past.

I'm wide open, I'm transparent with you to share... That change is complicated, and it sneaks up and surprises you with all kinds of emotions, and unexpected twists and turns.

And as I promised, even though I packed up the podcast equipment... I wanna let you know that I'm still here working through my change. That I'm the research subject for some of you. Now, I cannot start to record episodes effectively for a little while. Cause my cargo hasn't arrived. My lease starts on November 1st, for my new place... I'm gonna unpack boxes, and reconnect equipment and sign up for services, and jump through lots of hoops!

But what I can do for you, in the meantime, is that I am a massing, an incredible lineup of guests... Experts on change... Because they are professionals in areas connected with change. Because they are real living human beings that faced change and made it their own success story. Together, we're all going to share with you... Ideas, resources, and support.

So stay tuned, listen up to the collection on the resources already shared. How to decode change, how to grieve change, how to embrace change... When it's okay to change your mind. And I'm gonna be back to you very soon... I promise just a couple of weeks... We're going to have some new content, and we're going to move together... Into the next, and best, role in our lives... So that we can continue to be the success ladders for others, by paving the way forward, holding the torch.

So very happy to check in with you, and I look forward to talking to you really soon.

Oh, and by the way... Gonna put the link to that collection, in the show notes, below this episode. So it's handy for you. Please do share that with anyone that you care about who is going through change, struggling with change, contemplating change... Because you might be able to help them... And that's lifting and climbing.

If you've got some ideas that you would like to share about how to make change more positive and more rewarding... Please send me an email. My contact information is in the show notes, and please recommend guests for the show... Because together, collectively, we can help each other.

Talk to you soon, Eh!
