I continue to coach and mentor and cheer lead, and create visions, and

help people realize their visions in their personal and professional lives.

But for now, what I'd like to do is to continue to spend some time with

you and figure out the topics that appeal to you about changing limiting

beliefs, and increasing the expectation of success and possibilities and joy.

What also doesn't change for me ever is my transparency and my honesty, because

I do believe that being the real me, and sharing insight into how I figured things

out, along the way in my life, the good, the bad and the oh, my goddess stuff...

is helpful to others.

I'm not going to be the staged, edited, filtered, perfection that we see

in some social media personalities.

This is it, this is me.

And I am looking forward to sharing with you so that we together

can evolve and grow and become the best yet that we could be...

Because I also believe very much...

That our experiences in life position us perfectly and uniquely for the

next growth or evolution part of us.

That as we grow and evolve, we just have so much more that

we can contribute to others.

So this season, I'm gonna delve deeper into the rewards of reinventing and

examining our identity as we grow and change and evolve and what inspires and

ignites us, which leads to a fuller, richer life and having a greater impact.

Now it just won't all be wishing and thinking, there's gonna be a lot of

practical and implementable shared wisdom.

I'm also going to interview some really inspiring people, who

will also share their examples of how you can Lift As You Climb...

Cuz you don't have to be extraordinarily wealthy.

You don't have to have the Gates Foundation as a resource for you to

make a significant impact in the world.

I believe that if we're purposeful about what we do have as individuals

and look at how we use that to create value in other people's lives, then

the best possible thing is happening...

We're actually living our legacy, while we are present..

To continue to refine it, and improve it...

And most importantly, really enjoy it, and celebrate it.

I believe it is never, ever, ever too late to begin again.

In fact, even though it's scary as hell at different times.

Really, some of the very best parts of us come out of feeling a little

scared, getting uncomfortable in our comfortableness and trying something

new, and doing something new.

How do we begin again, and know where we're going?

And of course, you know, I call that our Encore, because I believe

That we do have the privilege, the ability to write a new script,

and create an entirely new, long running, sell out, standing ovation,

earning experience in our lives.

I'm not alone in this, because there's a lot of celebs out there right

now and, media personalities, that are talking about these things...

in particular one that's caught my eye recently is Brook Shields.

Brook Shields has a new platform called, Beginning Is Now.

She's saying the things that I've been saying for years, that

the power of collaboration and collective wisdom of women shared...

Raises the tide, and raises all boats.

And of course, Oprah's been saying that for decades.

Let's build our own success ladders, but also at the same time, be helping to
