Speaker:the pleasure of facilitating many stimulating conversations.
Speaker:I definitely qualify as a seasoned woman as I approach my 70th
Speaker:birthday at the time of this launch.
Speaker:And I'm very serious about business because I've been an entrepreneur, a
Speaker:business owner, a leader, and a business coach for more than five decades.
Speaker:I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to bring this programming to you, inspired
Speaker:by the conversations I've had with many women like me, like you, that there isn't
Speaker:a space, a place for us on the airwaves.
Speaker:There are lots of great podcasts out there, but how about for those of us that
Speaker:have reached a certain age and a certain stage in our life and our business, and we
Speaker:are looking for a community who identify with us, who recognize us, and one to
Speaker:continue to lift as we climb, as we figure out what we want more of now in our life.
Speaker:Our community values collaboration and collective wisdom and celebrating
Speaker:each other as we grow and we increase our influence and our impact.
Speaker:We're redefining what women of a certain age means and we're redefining what
Speaker:it is that we do with our businesses now as we transform our roles.
Speaker:We've already shattered ceilings, and we've torn the damn roof off of
Speaker:entrepreneurship and leadership for women.
Speaker:We've been decades , refining and growing.
Speaker:But now we're coming together like we never have before to support ourselves
Speaker:in creating the next couple of decades.
Speaker:There has been no playbook for us to say, this is what you do now, and so
Speaker:together, we're going to create that.
Speaker:It's my honor to share with you my own experiences and perspective, and
Speaker:to bring to this platform, incredible seasoned women who are serious about
Speaker:business to share their own pearls of wisdom, be candid about what trips
Speaker:them up, and where they are finding challenges at this time in their life.

Speaker:We're business owners, but we are women also.

Speaker:We're grandmothers, some of us are even great grandmothers.
